Metro Denver added 56,320 people either employed or looking for work between July 2017 and July 2018.
The Mountain Region Consumer Confidence Index was 2.2 percent higher between July and August and 13.4 percent higher over-the-year.
The average sales price for single-family homes rose 8.3 percent over-the-year to $517,195, while the average sales price of condominiums ($305,620) increased 8.9 percent.
