Planning Influence Area Map
For a master planning approach to development, the Denver Regional Council of Governments and the City of Brighton have established an intergovernmental agreement related to the planning influence area in which Brighton can grow. This establishes boundaries of geography outside Brighton’s city limits and identifies for developers, investors and others, the municipality with which they need to work.
