James Vigesaa owns BVB General Contractors, LLC in Brighton. He is an expert in the contracting field, with over fifteen years of experience managing and directing successful teams and companies in the local building market.
During his first three years at BVB, Mr. Vigesaa led the company to over 943.1% growth. Through his specialized marketing approach, he has dominated a niche market. Under Mr. Vigesaa’s lead, the company has grown from a staff of seven to fifteen highly competent employees.
Mr. Vigesaa was the Pre-Construction Director at CFC Construction Inc. in Golden from 2001-2003. He supervised an estimating staff of seven employees and prepared all estimates and conceptual design for a $40.000,000 annual volume general contractor. Highlights of his work include serving as Project Manager on two projects in Brighton totaling $22,000,000.
From 1996 until 2001, Mr. Vigesaa worked for Taylor Ball, LLC in Boulder, where he was Division Pre-Construction Services Manager and a Project Manager/Estimator. He was responsible for pre-construction services and hard bid estimates on over $600,000,000 in projects.
Mr. Vigesaa has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Denver Business Journal, Colorado Real Estate Journal for key project successes and his business expertise.
He received a B.S. from University of Nebraska in Construction Management. He is a certified ICBO General Contractor Class “A”, and in addition to serving the Brighton Economic Development Corporation, Mr. Vigesaa is a board member for United Power.
