Brian Cohen - Vice President

Brian Cohen is a Senior Project Manager at Haselden Construction. With 27 years of experience managing diverse project types, Mr. Cohen is an expert in the construction field. At Haselden, his focus is on large commercial construction projects.

His background encompasses all facets of business operations, budget forecasting, scheduling, and contract negotiations. As a senior manager, Brian has worked on several office, healthcare, hospitality, data center; tilt-up, educational facilities and office buildings. He recently managed the 14-story Season’s Luxury Apartment building in Cherry Creek and the Palmer Ridge High School in Monument. He is currently working on the University of Colorado Hospital Expansion project.

In addition to serving on the board and the Executive Committee for the Brighton EDC, Mr. Cohen is a member of the Metro North Chamber Board and the DC Committee.

Mr. Cohen earned an MBA from Loyola University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.  He is a LEED ^® Accredited Professional.
